Custom professional websites in Switzerland
I build and manage professional websites for businesses and professionals in Switzerland: custom development, fast and compliant with FADP (CH) and GDPR (EU), with Swiss hosting, domain and email addresses included. A single technical contact based in Losone follows the site over time: monitoring, periodic checks and updates. And the website remains yours, in any case. Subscription from CHF 180/month, all inclusive.

impression counts: a professional website builds immediate credibility
Without a professional web presence, you lose opportunities every day.
The problem with daily website management
In most companies, the website is created once and then left running for as long as everything seems fine.
Not out of neglect, but because there are always other priorities: customers, deadlines, administration. The website stays online, but often without regular technical management: updates postponed, technologies ageing, security taken for granted and action only when something no longer works.
Leaving the site “as is” does not mean no costs, but costs spread out over time and difficult to predict:
Urgent problems
When they arise, they are often already urgent: they require unplanned work and time taken away from the main activity.
Multiple suppliers
Involving multiple suppliers to resolve a single problem complicates management.
Hidden costs
Neglected situations lead to early rebuilds or higher overall costs than regular management.
Late reaction
In practice, many companies only consider structured management after they have already dealt with unexpected emergencies.
A continuous management model
The service I offer was created to overcome the occasional management of websites.
Instead of intervening only when there is a problem or an urgent request, the site is managed on an ongoing basis, with a single technical contact responsible for the entire infrastructure.
This means that initial development, hosting, updates, security, backups and changes to existing content are not separate services, but parts of a single coordinated service.
The site is not “left to run” on its own: it is monitored over time, kept up to date and checked, reducing the need for urgent fixes and improvised decisions on the part of the customer.
Single Contact
Continuity and direct knowledge of your project, without coordinating multiple suppliers
Swiss Hosting
Servers in Zurich: your data stays in Switzerland
Continuous Security
Planned updates, monitoring and regular backups
Optimised Performance
Swiss SSD hosting, image and code optimisation for fast loading times
How the service works over time
The service is organised in two phases, reflecting two different moments in the website's life cycle.
Build and launch
The fee includes the creation or redesign of the website and the start of ongoing technical management.
- Professional website development
- Hosting, domain, email, security and backups
- Content updates included in the package
Ongoing management
The website is already live: the fee is reduced and covers only technical management.
- Hosting and technical maintenance
- Updates, security, backups and monitoring
- Updates to existing content
Build cost and ongoing management stay separate and predictable: easier to plan in the budget.

Prefer to buy the website once, with no subscription fee? I build the website and hand it over: it's yours and you're free. The one-off project includes no support after delivery: you can manage it yourself, move it to another host, or leave it on mine with the hosting-only plan. If you later want to be looked after over time, you can move to the subscription whenever you like, without paying for development again. No commitment: you decide.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a professional website cost?
Package prices are published on this page; for custom or out-of-scope projects, pricing is by quotation. With the subscription, the Professional Website costs CHF 180 per month in the first year (development included) and CHF 70 per month from the second. Alternatively there is the one-off project: from CHF 1'200 for a landing page, CHF 1'800 for a professional website.
What does continuous website management include?
The service includes Swiss SSD hosting, domain, email addresses, SSL certificate, automatic backups, uptime monitoring, scheduled security updates and annual hours of editorial updates on existing content, according to your plan.
How long does it take to build a website?
Timelines depend on the project complexity and the availability of materials (text, images, logos). Every project begins with an analysis and planning phase; the actual development starts once all the necessary content has been provided. A brief initial consultation is the best way to get a realistic estimate.
I do not have the texts for the website: is that a problem?
No, that's quite normal. Based on the information you give me, I set up the draft page texts and optimise them for the web, then we refine them together. It is a help to get started. If you already have the texts, even better; translations and specialist texts (for example legal) remain your responsibility.
Can I update the website content myself?
With the Website with content management package (WordPress or Laravel), yes, and training on the application is included. For static websites, updates are included in the annual intervention hours provided by your plan; additional work is agreed separately.
Why choose Swiss hosting?
Hosting on Swiss servers keeps your data within Swiss territory and simplifies FADP obligations; compliance also depends on how the website handles data, which is why I take care of it in every project. Plus optimal loading times for visitors in Switzerland.
Will my website be visible on Google?
Every website is developed with technical and on-page SEO optimisation: clean URLs, structured headings, meta tags for each page, XML sitemap, Schema.org structured data and multilingual configuration with hreflang for international ranking.
Do I own the website?
Yes, always: code, files and content are yours, both with the subscription and with the one-off project. If you ever decide to change provider, I hand everything over. It is an important difference compared to “rented” platforms, where the website belongs to the provider.
Can I cancel the subscription whenever I want?
Yes. The minimum commitment is 12 months, because the first year includes the development of the website. From the thirteenth month you can cancel at any time, with 30 days' notice effective at the end of a month. The included hours of content updates accrue month by month: if at cancellation you have already used more hours than accrued, the difference is invoiced separately. Upon cancellation you receive all the website files, or you can switch to a hosting-only plan.
What do the included hours of content updates cover?
They cover changes to content already online: updating a text, replacing an image, small corrections. They do not cover new pages, new features or creating content from scratch, which are agreed separately. Materials should be provided in an orderly, usable form.
